I desperately wanted to create this shot, but as I realized how difficult it would be, I could barely allow myself to hope it might work. For two days, we waited but the cloud cover on Mount Kilimanjaro would completely obliterate the view. Each time the mountain briefly emerged, there were no elephants to be found. When the elephants came, the mountain would hide again. Finally, as we sat having our breakfast in the safari car, the elements all came together - I held my hot coffee out the window as my driver sped toward the best vantage point, hoping not to spill it on myself. But it was worth the wait when the shot all came together, the elephants on their daily trek through this field below Kilimanjaro.

I strive for happy clients - in 4 years, I've never had a request to return a print. However, if you have changed your mind, you can ship your print back to me at your expense, and I will provide a full refund once I have received your package.

In order to serve my customers best, my prints are sent to the lab within a few hours after purchase. If you have made a duplicate order or an error in your order, please contact me ASAP to fix the issue before the order is sent to the printer.

In the very rare event that your product should arrive damaged, simply contact me with photographs of the package and product and I'll be happy to replace it at no cost to you.

Limited Editions versus Open Editions

Limited editions simply means that these prints are only available in certain quantities for that size and paper type. For example, typically my small prints are limited editions of 100 - once they are gone, they wont be available anymore at that size.

Open editions are available forever - these are being offer as acrylic prints in 40" and 60" sizes. I am offering open editions of some of my older images as well as the current collection.

Framing Suggestions

I always prefer to support a local frame shop - however we all have times where we need something a little more budget friendly.

www.frame-it-easy.com is my favorite only solution for custom frames. I don't get anything for recommending them - they're just a really great company I like to support!
